Soy Francisco Chimbo, ecuatoriano y desde el 2008 resido en Chile. Soy Farmacéutico de profesión e inicié mi camino a la reconversión digital - me encanta este término porque lo resume todo - desde el 2020.
Tuve siempre un deseo innato por la programación y la tecnología, desde la enseñanza en la Educación media. La pandemia aceleró mi deseo y luego de este largo primer viaje que me ha llevado a tener una familia maravillosa, me motiva dejarles un legado y aprovechar el salto exponencial que tendrán las industrias tecnológicas en los próximos 10 años... Tomé ya el tren y aliste las maletas para este nuevo recorrido.
Quiero aportar y dar soluciones en mi área de desempeño, he trabajado por años liderando equipos de trabajo y creo fervientemente que: LAS PERSONAS SON EL CENTRO DE TODO, logras cosas importantes manteniendo equipos motivados.

I want to contribute and provide solutions in my area of performance, I have worked for years leading work teams and I fervently believe that: PEOPLE ARE THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING, you achieve important things by keeping teams motivated and particularly I feel fulfilled when as a team we move the obstacles that prevent us from achieving a goal.
